Distant Healing
Distant or absent healing is the term used to heal a person or situation when the person is not physically present. So I can send healing to a person who is in Australia and I am in the UK. Does this distant healing work I hear you say, well to be honest..YES.
For a healing to work there are a number of factors that will increase the healee's experience of the process. The main factor being that they are in a receptive state of mind. No point driving in busy traffic and expect to 'feel' the healing, although you still may have sensations of healing. Regardless of your actually feeling physical sensations you should still get the benefits of healing.
Another important factor in ahealing session is that you need to want to improve and get better, now before you get upset with me, there are some people who have subconscious programs that prevent them getting better. A good healer will work with you to release these programs so that you get the best out of your sessions.
Consistency is the third requirement for a healee to benefit. Do not expect to 'be healed' in one session. You would not expect one physiotherapy session or one facial or one visit to the gym to bring about the desired results so how can you expect that one healing session will be all that you need.
What do you feel in a distant or absent healing session? The same as a one to one healing session. Relaxed, tingling, sensations of warmth or cold, you may see colours, feel expansion or contractions in areas of your body. You may enter a trance state or a deep sleep state. If you are not in a receptive state and are busy doing 100 other things then do not expect to 'feel' the healing but you should still benefit. You should get some relief from the symptoms that took you to the healer, you may find that you sleep better than night or are more chilled out than normal, your appetite may change and your digestive system and levels of thirst may alter.
