Pregnant
Have you ever thought about healing whilst you are pregnant? Is it safe, what should you expect and what will you feel? Mainly you will feel what you would if you were having a session on your own, relaxed and calm. Most of my clients fall asleep during a session and do not realise that an hour has passed when I gentle wake them up. Healing is completely safe when pregnant and can be used in conjunction with any medication you are taking. The purpose of healing during pregnancy is to relax you and to help build a stronger bond between you and your baby. However is has been known to change the baby's position when they are breech during the last few weeks. Healing also helped me tremendously with my 'tightenings' which I had for a long time before she was born, they were painful but I managed to get into a very relaxed state where I could cope very well with them.
I recently had a little girl and regularly healed myself and my unborn baby. The results have been wonderful, I have not had any of the first time mother issues that I heard so much about when I was expecting.
It may well be that my little one is just a good baby, bit too much of a coincidence for me though. Whilst pregnant I had all the usual fears especially in relation to giving birth itself. However spending some time healing myself and baby I found that I was able to deal with the fear. I ended up with a C-section however I know that the healing helped me through this time. I spent more time healing my baby bump each evening and found that as a result my baby has been a perfect little tot.
I do not suffer sleepless nights, endless crying, colic or feeding problems. She is always smiling, laughing and playing and almost everyone who have met her have commented on her calm aura. She is almost 8 months now and bar a few difficult nights due to teething I can honestly say that I have had a lovely few months. She is a pure blessing in more ways that one and I believe that the healing before she was born has played a pivotal role. It has also helped me bond with her so that post-natal depression was simply not on the agenda.
