Properties Where the first chakra was linked with foundations and had no movement associations, this chakra like water is an expression of movement and emotions. Procreation, family ties, emotions and sexuality are mastered at this level. Establishing a gender identity is the main focus at this chakra, being able to express freely and without judgement. Visual Representation This chakra has 6 petals and is represented by a silver crescent. Each petal has a Sanskrit letter Bam, Bham, Mam, Yam, Lam and Ram. The main colour is orange. Associated with the sense of taste and the prana or energy of water. The vehicle of the bija mantra is a fire breathing crocodile.
