1 Week holiday for two adults (+ family)

Here is a unique opportunity for you and your family to enjoy a week's holiday accommodation at a luxury vacation ownership resort. You may choose from resorts located in: Costa del Sol, Cyprus, Fuerteventura, Goa, Gran Canaria, Greece, Thailand, Lanzarote, Portugal, Tenerife, Thailand and Wales.

As the promoters are constantly expanding their database of locations you may have the opportunity of choosing from further destinations at the time of booking.

Your holiday certificate is valid for 24 months and you may book up to 6 months in advance. The holiday is for couples (married or living together) and you may bring two (or three) children along. If you are single and wish to travel either alone or with a companion the promoters may be able to accommodate you at one or two selected destinations (eg Thailand).

You are responsible for your own airline booking arrangements and are not bound to fly with any particular airline. However, if you reserve your holiday within three weeks of your certificate being sent to you then the company will give you flight vouchers to the value of £300 to be used with a Timelinx nominated agent.

There is an administration fee of £48 (per group) payable at the time of making your booking. In return for your heavily discounted holiday you will also be required to attend a no obligation presentation on the benefits of owning a share in one of the vacation villas (see Terms and Conditions below).

Terms and Conditions

1 Week holiday for two adults (+ family)

• To qualify for this holiday you must be married or living together for a minimum of two years, aged between 28 and 65, and a homeowner with an income of at least £16,000. The offer entitles two adults and two children (under 16 years of age) to travel. A third child may be accommodated at certain resorts by prior arrangement. You will receive accommodation in a self catering unit for seven days. These resorts are of a very high standard. Therefore, any deliberate damage to your apartment will be your responsibility and you will be liable for it. • There is a £48 administration charge per group travelling which you will be required to submit with your reservation request. • Timelinx endeavours to provide you with the best location to suit your family and therefore reserves the right to withdraw or substitute any resort at any time. • As a couple you will be required to attend a tour to show you the facilities and to explain to you the benefits of the Vacation ownership system. However, you are under no obligation to buy or enter into any contract. • This offer is valid for 24 months from the date of issue unless by prior arrangement. • All reservations are made according to availability.You should be aware that accommodation within the school holidays is limited and that there is no guarantee that you will obtain confirmation in these high demand seasons. • Non compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will invalidate the agreement and release Timelinx from any future liabilities.
